There are two processes for sodium silicate production.
The first one is reaction in liquid phase; the second one is reaction in solid phase. However, alkaline and quartz sand are the same raw materials used in the two processes.
Produce liquid sodium silicate , with the ratio 1.8-2.6, with the solution 40°Bé.
Produce solid sodium silicate , with the ratio 1.9-3.5, with block form.
