A283Gr.C is a kind of carbon steel under specification ASTM A283/A283M “Standard Specification for Low and Intermediate Tensile Strength Carbon Steel Plates”. There are two grade under this specification: Grade C and Grade D, and Grade C is a common required steels. A283Gr.C is a carbon steel for general structural application.
